Legislation introduced against marriage equality!
On January 10, 2005 Assemblyman Rick Merkt
introduced Assembly Resolution AR212 which proposes a constitutional amendment
to define marriage as being between a man and a woman. Let your representatives
know that this is a bad idea. New Jersey is a state that doesn't hate! Write a
message today!

Urge Trenton to introduce Senate Equivalent to A3678
A3678 would improve fairness and equality in New
Jersey by adding "Gender Identity or Expression" to New Jersey's Law Against
Discrimination. However, there is no equivalent Senate bill. Encourage your
Senator in Trenton to introduce such a bill.
